For the past 25 years, I have been an entrepreneur, navigating the highs and lows of building businesses from the ground up. In my early 20s, I launched my own real estate and mortgage company and found instant success, generating substantial income and living the dream—until the financial crash of 2008 changed everything. Within a year, I lost it all and had to start over from scratch. Amidst this personal and professional collapse, I led a missionary trip to Africa that profoundly changed my perspective. As I watched my worldly possessions disappear, I experienced a paradigm shift—realizing that success wasn’t just about wealth, but about impact, purpose, and fulfillment. That realization reshaped the way I approached my future endeavors. In 2012, my son introduced me to Instagram, a platform that would redefine my life. What began as a passion project—sharing my love for travel—quickly evolved into Luxury World Traveler, one of the largest travel pages on Instagram. Today, my brand spans over 4 million followers across social media platforms. With no prior marketing experience, I transformed my passion into a thriving business, getting paid to travel to over 600 of the world’s most luxurious hotels and manifesting a dream career beyond my imagination. My platform not only opened doors for me but also allowed me to mentor over 200 students, guiding them to replicate my success in the digital space. Aside from building a travel agency, digital marketing company, and digital production company, I have designed and am getting ready to launch a new AI software for the hospitality industry that will revolutionize the way that people interact with hotels through social media. I have been featured in Maxim, Forbes, Entrepreneur, HuffPost, and the New York Post, and have spoken for TEDx, Google, World Tourism Summits, and other global platforms about travel, tech, and social media. And now, I am working on finishing my new book, "Rewire to Go Higher," which will teach others the exact steps I used to turn my life around and become successful.
